Affirming.
This is the second appeal of this case. The opinion on the first appeal was delivered on May 2, 1944, Smith v. Smith, 297 Ky. 395, 180 S. W. 2d 275. The original judgment rendered July 1, 1943, granted an absolute divorce to the appellee, Zola Smith, awarded her the custody of the two infant children, then 6 and 4 years of age, respectively, and the sum of $50 a month for their maintenance, but failed to allow her any alimony.
