Reversing in part and affirming in part.

The appellee obtained in this action a judgment in tbe court below for a divorce a vinculo from tbe appellant and for tbe custody of tbeir infant daughter, now 12 years of age.

Tbe appellant, by answer and counterclaim, controverted appellee’s right to tbe divorce prayed in tbe petition; likewise bis right to tbe custody of tbe daughter and sought a divorce a vinculo from him, tbe custody of tbe daughter and also alimony and costs of tbe action, including a resonable attorney’s fee.
