This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiffs’ motions to compel the production of two attorney-client privileged documents from Third-Party Defendant GHSP, Inc. (“GHSP”). Plaintiffs contend that GHSP waived the privilege by placing confidential attorney-client communications on the same subject matter as these two documents “at issue” in this suit in support of its laches defense.
