Prudence Bonds Corporation (commonly hereinafter called the “ corporation ”) was the owner of a senior and prior interest to the extent of $550,000 in a bond and mortgage made by A. N. Construction Corporation covering premises on the northerly side of Sixty-third street, 109 feet east of Second avenue, in the borough of Manhattan, city of New York, by assignment from the Prudence Company, Inc.
