This adversary proceeding is before the court for entry of judgment following trial. At issue is a complaint to determine the dischargeability of debts that the plaintiff, Chicago Midwest Service Corporation “Chicago Midwest”, alleges that it is owed by the debtor/defendant, Frank Trovato, for funds that Trovato acquired while working for Chicago Midwest.
