HATHAWAY, Judge.

This case is before the court on writ of certiorari filed pursuant to A.R.S. § 12-120.21, subsec. B as amended, to review the lawfulness of Findings and Award for Temporary Disability entered by the Industrial Commission of Arizona IS May 1970.1 Petitioner’s only claim is that the evidence clearly shows he has received a permanent injury from his industrial accident and the award for temporary disability must be set aside.
