This is an appeal from a judgment rendered in an action for damages arising out of a collision of two motor vehicles at a street intersection in Liberal, Kansas. The case was tried to a jury and the jury returned a substantial verdict for the plaintiffs. The defendants set forth in their statement of points various trial errors upon which they predicate a claim of reversible error.
