ORDER REVERSING MAGISTRATE JUDGE’S ISSUANCE OF PRETRIAL SUBPOENAS DUCES TECUM

Pursuant to Local Rules 304 — 1(b) and 404-1, the court finds this matter suitable for disposition without hearing. Loretta A.
