MEMORANDUM OPINION ON DEFENDANT’S MOTIONS FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

Came on for hearing on the 24th day of February, 1993, the motions of postconfir-mation debtor John R. Sullivan (“Sullivan”) for summary judgment (“Motions”) in the above-captioned adversary proceedings (“Adversaries”). 1 The Adversaries seek to deny Sullivan a discharge under 11 U.S.C. §§ 1141 and 727.
