Ferguson, Judge:

Although originally charged with five separate offenses, the accused was found guilty by a general court-martial of only one specification each of violating a lawful general regulation, by storing Military Assistance Command Vietnam (MACV) forms in an unlocked desk (specification 2, Charge II), and unlawfully. carrying a concealed weapon (specification 1, Charge III), in violation of Articles 92 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 892 and 934, respectively. He was sentenced to be reprimanded in writing and to forfeit $1,000.00 pay per month…
