This is an appeal from a judgment in the District Court of Angelina County in favor of Marie Hutson, appellee, and against the Provident Life and Accident Insurance Company, appellant.
Appellee was the wife of Albert P. Hut-son and was the beneficiary in a policy of life insurance issued by the appellant on the life of Albert P. Hutson insuring him against death by accidental means.
