LEAHY, Chief Judge.

Defendant has moved, under 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a), to transfer this action to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, Southern Division. The suit was brought pursuant to the Federal Declaratory Judgment Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2201 et seq., to secure an adjudication of an actual controversy involving questions of validity and infringement of four patents owned by defendant.
