Loring, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment entered by order upon the pleadings after certain parts of the complaint had been by the same order stricken out upon motion.

The complaint grounds its claim for damages solely upon “malicious interferences” with business -alleged to have been suffered in connection with the making of a loan by defendant to plaintiff, its. alleged wrongful foreclosure, and thereafter an alleged slander of title.
