Loeb v. Dowling

This is an action filed' in the circuit court of St. Louis County for damages for the wrongful foreclosure of real estate in St. Louis County, Missouri. After the appellant had started the examination of his first witness, an objection was made to the introduction of any evidence for the reason the petition failed to state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action.
