CHRISTIANSEN, Judge:
¶1 J.S. appeals from the district court's order denying her motion to set aside a judgment as void. J.S. contends that the judgment was void because, as an incompetent person without an appointed guardian, J.S. lacked notice of the suit. J.S. asserts that the plaintiff, Blackhawk Townhouses Owners Association Inc., had knowledge she was incompetent and should have been required to move for appointment of a guardian for her.
