SATHRE, Justice.

■ This is a will contest in which the validity of an instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Henry Burris deceased is involved. The proponent of the will Mártha B. Whelan is the daughter of the testátor and is the sole beneficiary under the 'terms of the will and nominated ‘as executrix thereof. The contestants are seVén sons of the testator and the children of' two deceased sons.
