OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-Appellant, Jeffrey D. King, Sr., appeals from the trial court's revocation of his community control. As a result of the trial court's finding Appellant violated the terms of his community control, Appellant was sentenced to three years on one count of Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor, in violation of R.C. 2907.04 and three years on one count of Domestic Violence, in violation of R.C. 2919.25 to be served concurrently with each other.
