WORLEY, Chief Judge.

This is an appeal from the decision of the Board of Appeals which affirmed the examiner’s rejection of claims 8-11 in appellant’s application 1 for a “Method of Preparing Bituminous Mixes.”

The application relates to a method for coating fine aggregates, such as finely-divided coal particles, with a thin bituminous film. The coated aggregates are used in the production of briquettes.
