MOORE, Justice.

This is a damage suit instituted by a homeowner against an architect and a building contractor. Appellants, Edward D. Cobb and wife, Myrajo Cobb, brought suit against appellees, Downing A. Thomas, individually and d/b/a Thomas, Booziotis & Associates, and George Sebastian, whom they employed in the capacity of an architect and a general contractor, respectively, to construct a home for them in Dallas, Texas.
