OPINION AND ORDER
SESSIONS, District Judge.
Plaintiff William B. Washington filed suit upon claims stemming from his arrest by the named Defendants on March 10, 1995. Washington claims Defendants violated his Fourth Amendment right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures and 42 U.S.C. § 1983 by making a warrantless entry into his apartment. Additionally, he alleges Defendants used unreasonable force in accomplishing the arrest.
