FORD, District Judge.

This is an action for treble damages and injunctive relief under the antitrust laws, 15 U.S.C.A. § 1 et seq. The complaint alleges an illegal combination by defendants and others to monopolize or attempt to monopolize, by means of various illegal restraints of trade, the business of growing bananas, and importing and selling bananas in the United States. It further charges defendants with conspiring to utilize their monopoly power to force plaintiff corporation, an independent wholesale dealer in bananas in the Boston area, out of business by the use of various unlawful,…
