MEMORANDUM DECISION ON APPEAL
KANE, Senior District Judge.
In this bankruptcy appeal and cross-appeal, Perry S. McKay and Christine J. Jobin, trustee of the bankruptcy estate of M & L Business Machine Co., Inc. (“trustee”), contest the bankruptcy court’s May 26, 1993 order on summary judgment, 155 B.R. 531, and its June 10, 1993 findings of fact and conclusions of law following trial on the trustee’s preference and fraudulent conveyance action against McKay.
