THE MATTER under consideration is a Final Evidentiary Hearing held in this adversary proceeding filed by Theodore H. Focht as Trustee (Trustee) appointed for the liquidation of the assets of Old Naples Securities, Inc., (ONSI or the Debtor), under the Securities Investors Protection Act of 1970 as Amended, 15 U.S.C. §§ 78aaa, et seq (SIPA).
