MEMORANDUM OPINION

STEPHEN RASLAVICH, Bankruptcy Judge.

Introduction

Presently before the Court is the objection of Creditor Sylvester Alen Porter (“Porter”) to the confirmation of the amended Chapter 13 plan (“Amended Plan”) proposed by debtor Bill Norwood a/k/a William Norwood (“Debtor”). 1 A hearing on the objection was held on January 27, 1995, after which the Court took the matter under advisement for disposition by memorandum decision.
