MEMORANDUM OPINION ON MOTION TO DISMISS

This matter comes before the Court on the motion of the Chapter 13 standing trustee (the “Trustee”) to dismiss with prejudice pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1307(c) the Chapter 13 case of Anthony C. Antoine (the “Debt- or”). The Debtor is dependent on his wife for support, and his proposed Chapter 13 plan relies on contributions from his wife to fund all plan payments.
