LOTTINGER, Judge.

This is a suit for Workmen’s Compensation benefits. The petitioner is J. T. Allen and defendant is Freiler Industries, Inc. The Lower Court awarded a judgment in favor of petitioner and against defendant in the sum of $35.00 per week from November 11, 1965, to and including January 11, 1966, together with legal interest on each past due payment until paid, together with medical bills amounting to $406.04 with legal interest thereon from date of judicial demand until paid.
