The following statement of the case was prepared by Mr. Justice Cassoday: It appears from the record that the defendant has been a minister in-various Norwegian Lutheran churches ever since 1866. The printed case, like many others, is unnecessarily voluminous. It contains over 300 pages of testimony. It should only “ consist of a sufficient statement of the return ” to intelligently present the question relied upon for a reversal. Sup. Ct. Rule VIII.
