The sole question presented is whether the statute of limitations applicable to a civil action under the Death Act begins to run on the date of death or on the date of the granting of letters to an administrator, the deceased having left no widow and having brought no action in his lifetime. In Homiewicz v. Orlowski, 4 W. W. Harr. 66, 143 A. 250, this Court held that the general three-year limitation under Code Section 5129 is applicable.
