— The plaintiff, Mary Dodson, as administratrix of the estate of Gertie Matson, deceased, commenced this action in the superior court for King county for the benefit of the surviving husband and child of Mrs. Matson, seeking recovery of damages from the defendant, Continental Can Company, alleged as the result of her death being caused by the negligence of the can company.
