MEMORANDUM **

Asa Williams, Jr., appeals the judgment entered by the district court in favor of Carmen Stephanie Mays-Williams in this dispute over the decedent Asa Williams, Sr.’s employer-sponsored savings and retirement plans. We review the district court’s factual findings for clear error, its conclusions of law de novo and its eviden-tiary rulings for an abuse of discretion, see Wagner v. County of Maricopa, 747 F.3d 1048, 1052 (9th Cir. 2013); Bertelsen v. Harris, 537 F.3d 1047, 1056 (9th Cir. 2008), and we affirm.
