This action was instituted by Nellie Maciejczak for the purpose of recovering damages for the alleged wrongful death of her husband, Thomas Maciejczak. Plaintiff sued, as administratrix of the estate of her late husband, upon two causes of action: first, to recover damages for pain and suffering endured by him, and second, for the benefit of herself as his widow and sole dependent.
