JENNINGS, Justice.

Appellant Schering Corporation was one . of a number of defendants in an action for damages allegedly resulting from the plaintiffs taking one of the drugs manufactured by the corporation. Schering,' a New Jersey corporation, manufactures “ethical drugs.”' The company was not qualified to do business in Arizona and had no statutory or .other agent appointed to receive service of process.
