George Martin Bradley, a federal prisoner, is presently confined at the Federal Medical Center, Springfield, Missouri, having been convicted by trial to a jury on two separate counts of an indictment charging violations of 18 U.S.C. § 2113 (a) and (d) (armed bank robbery). Bradley was tried, convicted and sentenced by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Iowa, but brought the instant petition for writ of habeas corpus' in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, Western Division, contending that the Missouri district court…
