It is not in dispute that the plaintiffs, who are partners engaged in the operation of a machine shop, furnished one hundred fifty hours of labor, including the use of machinery, in connection with the building of a “derrick” for the defendant, who conducted an automo*270bile trucking business. They furnished the labor, the value of which they here seek to recover, following a conversation with one Fazel which does not appear in the record.
