Contest over custody of Stephen W. Turk and Michael R. Turk, who at the time of trial were aged respectively 13 years, 11 months and 10 years, 4 months. Appellant is their paternal grandmother who has had their custody and care since May of 1955. In response to respondent-mother’s claim to custody, Mrs. Turk filed a petition for appointment of herself as guardian of the persons of the two minors.
