This is a writ of error to reverse the judgment of the Supreme Court of Colorado, rendered in a suit in ejectment brought by,the State against Brown, the plaintiff in error. It is not claimed that any question which can give us jurisdiction. was directly raised by the pleadings, but on the trial in the District Court the State, to make out its title, offered in evidence a deed from him to the Territory of Colorado.
