COLEMAN, Justice.

On a plea of guilty, defendant was convicted of buying, receiving, etc., stolen property and sentenced to serve three years in the penitentiary. Code 1940, Title 14, § 338.

The Court of Criminal Appeals, 53 Ala. App. 351, 300 So.2d 121 reversed and held that the record fails to show compliance with Boykin v. Alabama, 395 U.S. 238, 89 S.Ct. 1709, 23 L.Ed.2d 274, as applied in Honeycutt v. State, 47 Ala.App. 640, 259 So.2d 846 ; 288 Ala. 743, 259 So.2d 848; and Walcott v.
