Alan D. Gordon, M.D. appeals an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Mifflin County, which granted defendant Lewistown Hospital’s motion for summary judgment.

On July 14, 1992, Dr. Gordon had a verbal altercation with an emergency room nurse whom he believed had not acted in the best interests of his patient and who had not taken a triage report on the patient despite adequate time to do so.
