The County of Lancaster (County), the Lancaster County Human Relations Commission (Commission) and Albert C. Hon-dares (collectively, Appellants) appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County (trial court) denying Appellants’ motion for summary judgment and granting summary judgment, declaratory and injunctive relief in favor of East Lampeter Township (Township).
