MEMORANDUM OPINION

ARTHUR B. FEDERMAN, Bankruptcy Judge.

Royal Neighbors of America (“RNA”) has filed a Motion for Relief from the Automatic Stay. This is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(a), over which this Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334.

In its motion RNA contends that rents collected by the debtor are not cash collateral, and are in fact property of RNA. The deed of trust contains a typical assignment of rents provision.
