Before the Court is a motion by Serf Realty Co. and Simco Management Co. (collectively, “Serf’) for relief from the automatic stay imposed by 11 U.S.C. § 362 to permit them to exercise all rights and remedies with respect to property owned by the debtor, Koula Enterprises, Ltd.
