This is an unemployment compensation case in which the employer has appealed from the decision of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review. The appeal involves the interpretation of section 402 (d) of the Unemployment Compensation Law of December 5, 1936, P. L. (1937) 2897, as amended by the Act of May 29,1945, P. L. 1145, §9, 43 PS §802, in order to ascertain the length of the period of disqualification provided for in that section where the claimant’s ineligibility for compensation is “due to a voluntary suspension of work resulting from an industrial dispute.”…
