Butler, doing business under tbe firm name and style of Big Sandy Electrical and Repair Company, lias recovered judgment against the Payne-Baber Coal Company of West Virginia and the Payne-Baber Coal Company of Kentucky, corporations, for the sum of $904.61 representing the balance due on an account and the Payne-Baber Coal Company of Kentucky is appealing.
