Plaintiff is experienced in the flour and feed business, living in Minneapolis. Defendant is engaged in the milling and feed business with headquarters in Kansas City. In the fall of 1930 it acquired a mill in Minneapolis, and negotiations resulted in the employment of plaintiff as its Minneapolis manager.
