This is an application under section 65 of chapter 680 of the Laws of 1892, known as the “Election Law,” which section reads as follows: “ A certificate of nomination which is in apparent conformity with the provisions of this article shall be valid, unless written objection thereto shall be filed in the office in which the certificate is filed within three days after the filing of the certificate.
