*872KELLY, Circuit Judge.
Jody Luger appeals from his conviction of one count of aggravated sexual abuse of a child in Indian country. We have considered each of the three issues presented on appeal, and affirm the judgment of the district court.1
I. Background
The investigation in this case began in late 2011, when a letter alleging that Luger sexually assaulted his girlfriend’s 16-year-old daughter was sent to the U.S. Attorney’s Office (USAO) for the District of North Dakota.
