OPINION OF THE COURT

HEIMANN, Judge:

Consistent with his pleas and pursuant to a pretrial agreement, the appellant pled guilty at a special court-martial to aggravated assault in conjunction with two other offenses, conspiracy to commit assault consummated by a battery and false official statements, in violation of Articles 81, 128 and 107, UCMJ; 10 U.S.C. §§ 881, 928, 907.
