Identity of the Parties.

The plaintiff Arlington Towers Land Corporation is a Virginia corporation formed for the purpose of acquiring title to a tract of land consisting of some 18 acres located in northern Virginia, adjacent to the District of Columbia. It was incorporated on October 15, 1953.
