ORDER

MOORE, District Judge.

Before the Court is Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment. (Doc. 28). After careful consideration, the Court finds that Defendant’s motion must be GRANTED.

BACKGROUND

The facts of this case are largely undisputed. 1 Plaintiff Sharon Sermons began working for Defendant Fleetwood Homes of Georgia in Alma, Georgia on September 17, 1997.
