BROWN, Justice.

Louis M. Nelson, late of Mobile, Alabama, died testate, leaving surviving his wife Helena W. Nelson; two brothers Charles and James Edward Nelson; three sisters, Theresa Olsson, Etta Schmidling and Bernadine Anderson. After directing payment of his debts and funeral expenses, ‘ he bequeathed to his widow all the property of which he was seized and possessed • “both real, personal and mixed of whatever kind and -nature and wherever located.”; nominated his widow as the executrix of his will with full power “to sell any bonds, stocks or real or personal property of which he might…
